• Ultrasonic sensors installed at the pool are very effective in deterring ducks although they continue to be removed, damaged or thrown into the lake - please leave the sensors alone!

• Lakehouse rentals are open to the community, you can access the rental form on the Secure Portal.  

• The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) form can be accessed on the Secure Portal.  

• Looking to repair or replace your mailbox?  Please remember to reference the Highland Park Design Code (documents can be found in the Secure Portal) before making any changes. 

• Many neighborhood areas are managed by the Park Place Community Development District (CDD), please visit their page to get information about upcoming meetings, agendas and minutes.
