• Ultrasonic sensors installed at the pool have successfully trained the ducks to stay away - please don't turn off or discard the sensors!

• Tentative dates have been set for social activities in 2024, check them out here.

• Lakehouse rentals are open to the community, you can access the rental form on the Secure Portal.  

• The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) form can be accessed on the Secure Portal.  

• Looking to repair or replace your mailbox?  Please remember to reference the Highland Park Design Code (documents can be found in the Secure Portal) before making any changes. 

• Many neighborhood areas are managed by the Park Place Community Development District (CDD), please visit their page to get information about upcoming meetings, agendas and minutes.

• The CDD has started to enforce NO PARKING areas within the community by towing vehicles so please be aware.
